Which Billers can I register for?

To find billers that allow bills to be delivered by MyBills Agent:

a. Login to Payreq MyBills at https://go.payreq.com

b. Click Registrations in the top menu

c. Click the button 'Add New Biller'

d. In the search drop down select 'MyBills Agent'


No longer manage a property?

If you no longer manage a property:

1. Go to https://go.payreq.com and login

2. Click on Registrations in the menu

3. Search for and click into the registration for the property no longer manager

4. Click the 'Deregister' button


Started managing a new property?

When you start managing a new property.

1. Make sure you let the council know you are managing the property as you did when you received bills by post

2. Add a Payreq MyBills Agent registration for your new property in Payreq MyBills. See step 3 of Getting Started With Payreq MyBills Agent


How to download bills from Payreq MyBills?

When you receive a notification that your bills have arrived from a Biller in Payreq MyBills.

1. Go to https://go.payreq.com and login

2. On your dashboard there will be a message letting you know how many bills are awaiting download. Click the button 'View Bills Awaiting Download'

3. Click 'Download'

4. Select how you would like to download your bills and click the 'Download' button

5. The progress of the bill download can be monitored on the 'Download History' screen

6. Once completed click into the download record and click the 'Download Result' button
